BFT Outreach

BFT Outreach aspires to bridge the gap between passionate union educators and the needs of our community.

Each year KBB hosts Trash Bash, a county-wide cleanup event that brings together hundreds of volunteers to remove thousands of pounds of trash from our beautiful county. We need help from our youth to create a masterpiece that brings awareness to the issue of pollution. The 2019 theme is “Be Drastic, Cut Plastic”. Data collected from our numerous beach cleanups throughout 2019 show that plastic is the number one item our volunteers find. With help from our local students, we hope to educate and inspire our residents to do better and prevent litter.
